We use 2 different types of chocolate shards not chips, shards. We really do take our time with this one, in addition to using 40% and 60% chocolate, we make sure to brown the butter to perfection. Oh, that nutty smell of butter mixed in with chocolate, simply to die for… This is the popular, traditional Chocolate Chip, with a Boujie twist.
